About PMSCS
Forty-six years doing the job.
PMSCS is Philip Moseley. RAF airframe mechanic, plant examiner, security director, SHEQ manager, academy director and certification decision-maker. He has done the work he now advises on, which is why the advice works.
Career

How Philip works
Four rules that never change
The RAF habit. If it is not evidenced, it has not been done.
Not paperwork for the auditor. Controls people actually use on a Tuesday morning.
Leaders get straight answers, operatives get practical instructions, nobody gets jargon.
Every document, decision and action recorded in controlled digital systems, so nothing lives in someone's head.
