Who we are. PM SHEQ Consultancy Services (PMSCS) is a trading name of Philip Moseley, sole trader, Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester. What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation, telephone number if you give it, and what you tell us in your message. For training enquiries we may also collect the course, number of learners and preferred dates. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why, and on what basis. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you asked for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We never sell your information and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who else handles it. Your enquiry passes through our website host and form service, and is stored in our Microsoft 365 email and our secure document storage. Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares its internet address with Google when you visit; no cookies are set. These providers act on our instructions only. Where any of them store data outside the UK, they do so under recognised UK safeguards.
How long we keep it. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 24 months. If it does, we keep the records we need for the contract, legal and accounting purposes, normally for six years after the work ends.
Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies. It may use strictly necessary technical storage so the site works properly, which does not need your consent. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your permission first and update this statement.
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: it works with a keyboard, scales up to 400% without losing content, respects reduced-motion settings, and uses colour contrast and text alternatives for images.
