Consultancy / Contractor accreditation and supplier assurance
Know who is authorised to do what.
Contractor and supplier assurance, SSIP and procurement support that goes beyond an approved list.
The problem
Approved lists that treat a company name as permission for any work in its trade. The same evidence rebuilt for every tender and questionnaire. Contractors carrying your brand to your customers without the controls to match.
What PMSCS provides
- The PMSCS Contractor Capability and Assurance Framework (CCAF)
- Pre-qualification, capability and competence checks
- Scope-specific authorisation, not blanket approval
- Performance monitoring and risk-based reassessment
- SafeContractor, CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline and SSIP support
- Customer PQQs, tenders and controlled evidence libraries
How PMSCS works
The approach
CCAF treats contractor governance as a lifecycle. A contractor is authorised for defined scopes of work, and real performance (attendance, quality, rework, complaints, incidents) shapes their continuing status.
Good small contractors get a route to improve. The standard is never lowered, and consultancy support can never buy approval, so the assurance decision stays independent.
For your own accreditation, PMSCS builds an evidence library that can be reused across schemes, tenders, insurers and certification. PMSCS will not manufacture evidence you do not have. Where a gap exists, the options are to close it, explain it accurately or wait.
What you are left with
A contractor base you can scale with confidence
Accreditation that reflects real practice
Evidence you can reuse, not recreate
Qualification with integrity
