Consultancy / Fire, emergency planning and resilience
Plans that work under pressure.
Fire risk management, emergency planning and business continuity built around the people and activities actually present.
The problem
Fire risk assessments filed but not acted on. Emergency plans that depend on one knowledgeable person being there. No plan for keeping critical work going after a fire, flood or supplier failure.

How PMSCS works
The approach
A fire risk assessment is only one component. Findings have to reach responsible people, actions need owners, precautions need inspection and maintenance, and emergency arrangements have to work for the people actually present.
In operational premises that can mean plant, charging, fuels and waste. In property it can mean residents, visitors, compartmentation interfaces and contractors. The controls reflect the premises, not generic fire paperwork.
Business continuity then identifies your critical activities and their dependencies on people, premises, vehicles, suppliers, technology and information, and sets practical recovery priorities.
