How PMSCS works
The approach
Transport and plant combine people, equipment, maintenance, competence, scheduling and public risk. Bringing driver and vehicle records together gives management one picture and lets exceptions be escalated before they become failures.
Philip's background as an RAF airframe mechanic and an industrial plant instructor and examiner means the approach starts with how equipment is actually used, not with a compliance register.
