Consultancy / Psychosocial risk and wellbeing
Wellbeing treated as a workplace risk.
Psychosocial risk, mental health and wellbeing managed systematically, within clear and honest boundaries.
The problem
Wellbeing handled as posters and awareness days while the real hazards go unmanaged: workload, role ambiguity, poorly handled change, conflict, bullying, traumatic exposure and working patterns.

How PMSCS works
The approach
ISO 45003 gives a structure for treating psychosocial risk within an ISO 45001 system. The focus is on what the employer can reasonably influence through work design, leadership, communication, support and escalation.
Mental health first aiders need clear boundaries, confidentiality expectations, signposting routes and escalation arrangements. Managers need to know the difference between a supportive conversation, organisational action and a matter for occupational health, medical or emergency services.
Please note
PMSCS does not provide clinical psychology, psychotherapy or medical treatment. Its role is helping employers set up sensible organisational controls, support and escalation.
